Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking offerors for the construction of a 200,000 gross square feet, 2-story Joint Ambulatory Care Clinic (JACC) will be situated on a 25 acre site within the boundary of Corry Station, Pensacola, FL. New construction will include complex HVAC & control system, primary & secondary electrical service, fire alarm & sprinkler protection, cast in-place concrete, structural steel, elevators, masonry, medical gases, IT services, site work with access road & paved parking and demolition of an existing runway. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED under NAICS Code 236220. Cost Range for this procurement is between $20,000,000 to $50,000,000. Solicitation documents will be available August 26, 2004.
