- Description
- The VA North Texas Health Care System intends to Award a contract for parts and labor to upgrand six (6) Oasis Alarm System Workstations located at 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas 75216. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued for Request for Quote (RFQ) 549-04-4-5088-0461 and a written solicitation will not be issued. The applicable authority for this intent is far 6.302. All quotes must meet the listed requirements in this announcement. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22. This procurement is unrestricted. NAICS code 561621 and the size standard is $10,500,000.00. This will be a firm fixed price contract. FOB is destination. Payment will be made on receipt and acceptance of the equipment.
