- Description
- The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) plans to issue a Full and Open Request for Proposal (RFP) following FAR Part 15 to contract for the services of a Capital Markets Securitized Transaction Financial Advisor for the Office of Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae) within the Department of Housing and Urban Development. This RFP will solicit proposals (1) to serve as Capital Markets Securitized Transactions Financial Advisor for supporting negotiated under-writings of Ginnie Mae Securities to be guaranteed through Ginnie Mae Multiclass Securities Trust (Multiclass) program, and (2) serve as principal advisor to support the secondary capitals markets or Ginnie Mae securities underwriting. The applicable NAICS Code is 523999 size standard is $6 million. The period of performance will be 60 months, including the 12 month base period and four twelve (12) month option periods, if exercised. The RFP release date will be on or after September 3, 2004. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price award will be made based on the best value to the Government.
