- The Billings Area Indian Health Service is requesting bids in response to Invitation For Bid (IFB)-244-04-0022-JWB to expand the parking lot at the Emergency Room at the Fort Belknap Health Center on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation in Harlem, Montana. The project consists of replacing and expanding the parking lot, earthwork, storm drainage and cast-in-place concrete work. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The completion time is 60 calendar days after the issuance of a Notice-To-Proceed. This acquisition is set aside to small businesses pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988, Public Law 100-656.
