- The U.S. Department of Energy's National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) in Morgantown, WV, is publishing this Synopsis/Solicitation (request for price quotation) in accordance with FAR 5.203 (publicizing contract actions) and FAR 13.105. (simplified acquisitions) and FAR 12.603 (solicitation for commercial item). This Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) is to request a price quotations for a Computed Tomography Scanner (CT Scanner) with the salient characteristics outlined in Attachment A below. Attachment B below are pertinent clauses that apply to all vendors who will submit a price quotation for this requirement. Attachment C below is the fax cover sheet that shall be completed and used by all vendors submitting a price quotation for this requirement.
