Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)intends to award a sole-source purchase order to VLSI Research Inc., in San Jose, CA under the authority of FAR part 13.106-1(b) - only one responsible source. This requirement is for Online subscription renewal services for market Leader Version of "Chip Making Markets" for the period of January 1, 2005 thorugh December 31, 2005. It is anticipated that an award will be made on or about August 20, 2004. Interested parties may dentify their interest and capabilities to respond to this requirement. A detemination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. There is no solicitation available.
