- Description
- Perform title search to a foreclosure residential property. The contractor will search the title to the property beginning with the time period set forth on the final title opinion or title insurance policy to the current date. Further requirements are as specified in the Statement of Work.

- Address: Within Kentucky. The contractor may quote prices for any or all counties desired. Multiple purchase orders will be issued on a case by case basis. For informaation in FY 2003 385 required. In the first three quarters of FY04 250 were ordered.
