- This synopsis is hereby amended to include the following: Ranking of individual firms will be based on review of the Standard Form 330. Telephone interviews will then be conducted with top qualifying firms to verify qualifications and determine capacity to complete the work. It is anticipated that no one firm will be able to complete all studies prior to 5 Dec 200; therefore multiple awards may be necessary.
