- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is NRCS-122-CA-04 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 24. The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has a requirement for Windrower, 12 foot, Case Model No. WDX901 or equal and Sicklebar Header 12 foot, Case Model No. HDX122 or equal. The items are required within 60 days of notice of award. FOB point is destination. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial applies to this acquisition. NAICS Code: is 333111; size standard 500 employees. This solicitation is unrestricted. Offerors will include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders?Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
