- Description
- Kincaid Water System Rehabilitation ? The project consists of the removal of the existing well house and 50,000 gallon capacity elevated steel tank, and construction of new well house and new 5,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank system complete with controls, valves, gauges, piping and other related items. Contract time 180 calendar days. Kincaid Sewage Lift Station Rehabilitation ? The project consists of the rehabilitation of four (4) sewage lift stations by removing and replacing pumps, piping, valves, and control panels and related items. Contract time 180 calendar days. Contract time for both projects combined is 360 calendar days. Projects are located on the Calcasieu Ranger District, Rapides Parish, Kisatchie NF, LA. Offerors are required to submit a 20% Bid Guarantee with their offer. Successful offeror(s) will be required to submit 100% Payment Bond and 100% Performance Bond within 10 days from contract award. Project is open to both large and small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 237110. The Size Standard is $28.5 Million. Award could be made to a single offeror for both projects or to multiple offerors whose proposals are considered to be the Best Value to the Government. Price range is $250,000-$500,000.
