- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) is issuing Amendment 0003 reflecting changes to the solicitation, providing all offerors the latest revision of the Commercial Item Description A-A-59554, to provide information in response to requests submitted by potential offerors and to provide responses to questions raised during the question and answer session of the Pre-Proposal Conference. The closing date for submittal of offers is hereby extended to August 31, 2004, 5:00 P.M. Local Philadelphia Time. All offerors are reminded to refer to the solicitation for instructions regarding submittal of the Product Demonstration Model (PDM). To obtain a copy of the solicitation at the time of issue, please visit our web site http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home/ (Procurement Gateway). From the Gateway homepage select: Search RFPs from the left sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
