- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO/PL8231), 2300 East Drive, Scott AF IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Bloomberg LP, 499 Park Avenue, New York, NY, 10022-1240. This acquisition is for access to Bloomberg Professional information services through T1 telephone lines at two locations: 1) Nebraska Avenue; and 2) Courthouse Road. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed equipment and maintenance must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 19 August 2004 via the following address: dalll@scott.disa.mil. The resultant contact will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered.
