- This is a sole source announcement. No "hard copy" Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Datex-Ohmeda, 3030 Ohmeda Drive, Madison, WI 53707-7550 for 1 each ? 8 module frame to include power supply unit, central processing unit, S/5 network board and video display controller board, Item# F-CU8.09; 1 each ? S/5 Anesthesia Software and User's Guide including power cord, Item# 86236; S/5 AM user's reference manual, Item# 8005793; S/5 AM monitor technical reference manual, Item# 8005796; S/5 AM module technical reference manual, Item# 8005797; 1 each ? 15" LCD display, Item# D-LCC15; 1 each ? Anesthesia command bar, Item# K-ANEB; 1 each ? Airway gas module with CO2, N20, 02, 5 Agent ID and Spirometry, Item# M-CAIOV-S5; 1 each ? NIBP, 3/5 Lead ECG, St Analysis, sp02, 2 temperatures, 2 invasive pressures, and respiration module, Item# M-NESTPR-S5; 1 each ?
