- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA is contemplating award of a sole source Purchase Order to Audio Frontiers, Inc., for the supply, installation, and new equipment user training of an upgrade to an existing audio/video display system. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business with NAICS Code 238210 and size standard of sales not in exceed of $12,000,000. annually. The requirements are to be completed by: 30 September 2004, acceptance to be at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center - Division Keyport, Keyport, WA ! with FOB Destination. The following provisions apply to this solicitation, 52.212-1 Commercial Items; 52-212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 to be submitted with vendor quote; 52-212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items and 52-212-5. Responses shall be due NLT 15:00 hours PT on 25 August 2004. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. See numbered Notes 1 and 22.
