Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to repair roof leaks in various locations B-514 NTTC Corry Station, Pensacola, FL. Demo & replace approximately 240 LF of 7? inch copper gutters (120 LF per side) and 200 LF of 5? inch copper downspouts (approximately 3? x 5?). Prep surface and apply ceramic ? based roof coating at an approximate height of 2 LF, up the entire perimeter of walls on north and south roof extensions from a minimum of 3? above where the wall flashing is attached to the brick parapet walls, down to the point of connection of the parapet walls to the modified bitumen roof (approximately 450 LF). Coating shall also be applied where the four (4) tower sections connect to the main roof (approximately 120 LF). Install ceramic ? based roof coating for a minimum width of 12? (6? to each side from penetration point) over and around areas of lower north roof where A/C duct-work [five (5) of each] penetrates the exterior walls (approximately 75 LF). Point-up masonry brick wall on south side lower roof leading up to the upper roof where rainwater could be entering building (approximately 30 LF). Cut out existing caulking and re-caulk coping stones (approximately 8? x 12?) located on the north and south roof extensions (approximately 480 LF ) using silicone based caulk. Remove and replace damaged asphalt shingles (approximately ? SQ total) located on the roofs of all four (4) towers attached to corners of buildings. Refasten and reseal around collector head on south wall of lower roof , and seal around scupper location, east of roof ladder. Repair downspout and collector head on south tower located at the east end of building. Clean up and remove all debris from job site when finish.
