- Description
- The US Army Corps of Engineers (COE), Portland District, intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for creating wildlife trees in the various Willamette Valley projects. This shall be done by climbing, and eith er topping, girdling, or inoculating trees, and releasing Oregon white oaks by falling competing trees, and creating down woody material by felling trees which have been previously selected and marked. The contractor shall provide all labor equipment and supplies necessary to perform work in accordance with specifications. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about 23 August 2004 and the tentative quote due date is 10 September 2004 by 4:00 p.m. pacific time. Faxed copies of quotes will not b e accepted. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The size standard is a concern, including all affiliates, with average sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) years not in excess of $6 million.
