Description

This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract to repair/renovate bathrooms in Bldg 1A, Meazzanine at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Work to include, but is not limited to: selective demolition of existing restroom facilities a nd minor modifications to existing layout; replacement of plumbing fixtures and selective piping; installation of new floor, wall and ceiling finishes; modification to the fire alarm/dry-pipe sprinkler system and ventilation equipment for the restrooms; el ectrical modifications and repair including replacement of electrical fixtures and equipment for the restrooms; incidental related work. Estimated magnitude is between $250,000-$500,000. NAICS is 23621(Industrial Bldg Construction), average annual receipts $28.5 million. Solicitation number W25G1V-04-B-0009 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance w ith FAR 4.502, 5.102(d), and 14.205-1(a).
