Description

The Texas Army National Guard is seeking to purchase the following items for their Museum. Selections will be based on functional and technical evaluation of the equipment as well as price. ITEMS AND SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Folding Table: - Top need to be Walnut or Oak resin-coated vinyl on 5/8?????? thick high density solid core board - Size: 30?????? X 60?????? 2. Double Faced Pedestal Sign: - Chrome with black board - Letter panel on both sides - Needs to come with Helvetica style white letters and numbers - Size: 20?????? Wide X 14?????? High, Overall height of the sign is 52?????? 3. Exhibit Table: - Black aluminum frame and black legs. Top hinged tempered safety glass door - Tempered safety glass on all exposed areas. - Case framed in satin - Piano hinged top locking doors - Display area needs to be 10?????? High on 28?????? Legs with an overall height of 38?????? - Size: 60?????? X 30?????? 4. Line Post: - Polished Chrome - Size: 12?????? X 34?????? The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214. Bidders MUST be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award. To register, access the CCR Internet address at: http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm. A firm-fix price service contract is expected. Period of performance will be no later than 30 days after the award.
