- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is: F7327242011000 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 441229 with a $6M size standard.
