- 04R6103 - Telephone Equipment and Supplies This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA8604-04-R-6103. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24 effective 19 Jul 04 and Class Deviation 2004-o0001 and DFARS Change Notice 20040625. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A. NAICS Code: 334290. Please see attached list of required materials/parts. Offeror must quote all items or submit a "no bid" response to be considered responsive. FOB Destination: The ship to address is 88CS/SCMTWS, ATTN: Lawrence Kohler, Area C, Bldg 258, Door 8, 5237 Cooper Street, Wright Patterson AFB OH 45433.
