- Description
- The 14th Contracting Squadron, Columbus AFB, MS, intends to exercise a one year option on a sole source contract for the following service: Energy Management and Control Systems, Maintenance. This award is a sole source to Johnson Controls, 150 James Dr. E STE 160 Saint Rose, LA 70087. Other than full and open competition is authorized by 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). The anticipated award date is 13 Sep 04. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice is for informational purposes only, no formal solicitation will be issued as a result of this announcement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the Government.
