- This is not a solicitation. Please address the questionaire and review our draft statement of work. This acquisition is competitively set aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 488119, and Standard Industry Classification (SIC Code) ?4581?, with a size standard of $6 million. The contractor shall provide non-personal services including all necessary plant, labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, supervision, and all other essentials necessary to perform transient aircraft maintenance services at Cannon AFB, NM. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This is a firm fixed price, requirement type contract with a basic performance period and with (4) one-year options.
