- Description
- The Consolidated Acquisition Service, VISN 6, Department of Veterans Affairs requires delivery of milk and other dairy products to our Nutrition and Food Services at the following locations: VA Medical Center, Asheville, NC; VA Medical Center, Durham, NC; and VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC. IFB 246-05-01641 is availble for download on the FedBizOpps web-site (www.fedbizopps.gov). All responsible sources may submit a bid that shall be considered by the agency. Due date for receipt of bids is August 31, 2004, 3:00 p.m. EST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. Bidders are to respond to the requirements contained in the IFB. Bidders should clearly mark their bids as their response to IFB 246-05-01641 and may send by USPS or other ground delivery method, or hand-delivered to : VA Medical Center, ATTN: Jeff Benton (90C), 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 on or before the due date for bids.
