- Solicitation 3-JC-515-42 for 1) operation of the Red Rock Job Corps Center from 5/1/2005 through 4/30/2007 2)operation of the Eastern PA Career Transition Services Project from 5/1/2005 through 4/30/2007 and three unilateral option years - available on FEDBIZOPS 8/27/04. It will also appear on the Job Corps Web Site - http://wdsc.doleta.gov. The closing date for receipt of written technical,Business Management, Staff Qualifications Proposals and the Subcontracting Plan is O/A Oct 27, 2004. A preproposal conference and site walk-thru is scheduled for September 8, 2004 at 10:30am eastern daylight time at the Red Rock Site. The resulting contract will be cost reimbursable, incentive fee. The average planned capacity of the Red Rock center is 318 (210 residential males,108 residential females). The CTS services average annual caseload is 800 graduates and 200 former enrollees.
