Description

The proposed contract action is for parking space services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR Part 6.302. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) requires indoor secure parking spaces for fourteen (14) government owned automobiles for the ATF office located at 2nd & Chestnut Streets in Philadelphia, PA 19106. The facility must be within one (1) block of the location and accessible 24 hours per day seven (7) days per week. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider offers within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Vendor will have a period of performance from 10/01/2004 to 09/30/2005. The NAIC is 531190. The awarded contractor must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) database to receive payment.
