Description: Health Care Services for Urban Indians. Furnish all qualified personnel, supplies, materials, facilities and equipment to administer and provide health care and referral services for Indian people who reside in the Tucson Metropolitan area and adjacent Pima County as required by the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, P.L. 94-437. Offers are solicited from Indian-own organizations that qualify under the Buy Indian Act. Performance period is for one base year with options to extend for an additional (4)one-year options, up to a total performance period of five years.
