- The solicitation is issued for NSN 1640-01-194-5810, YPG04038000666, Wire Rope Assembly. The approved sources are Raytheon Technical Services Co. CAGE 3B150, P/N G210308-1 and Harry Miller Co. CAGE 1K619, P/N G210308-1. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package available for this NSN. Please do not submit a request to DSCR-VABA. Quantity is 210 each with a proposed 100% Quantity Option for increased quantities. Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. FOB is Destination. QAP is 001. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is August 18, 2004. The item is being procured under the Special Emergency Procurement Authority under the FY2004 Defense Authorization Act (SEPA).
