- Solicitation Number SP0450-04-R-5294, RD04217001, NSN 5365-01-326-3558 and 5365-01-326-3559, Spacer, Sleeve; I/A/W Systems and Electronic Inc. (CAGE 98255) part number SW26764 and SW33892 respectively, Unrestricted, QAP 001 for stock; quantity variance plus 5% minus 5%, no surge requirement and ABVS applies. NSN 5365-01-326-3558 estimated annual quantity 785 each and NSN 5365-01-326-3559 estimated annual quantity 1309, Stock Location for both NSNs are SNG (New Cumberland, PA) and AQ5 (Tracy, CA). FOB Destination for stock, Inspection/ Acceptance will be at Destination. Delivery for NSN 5365-01-326-3558 is 155 DARO and for NSN 5365-01-326-3559 is 111 DARO. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Reference notes 9, 23 and 26.
