This notice is to announce that this NSN will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Soliciation/Request for Proposal. The Soliciation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The response date referenced above is estimated. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS ITEM DESCRIPTION: style designator: 80A battery clip, material: aluminum alloy body; A firm-fixed price RFP with a 100% quantity option is anticipated. Estimated quantity is 23,051 each. (with 100% option 46,102) Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Deliveries will be to various DLA customers and/or stocking locations. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS MUST BE OBTAINED THROUGH THE DSCC WEBSITE ABOVE.
