- This sources sought notice is issued for the purpose of identifying sources for the FISC Jacksonville Commercial Activities A-76 Study involving the Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport, MS. The effort encompasses Administration, Pass and ID and Dispatch Support, functions of mission as directed by NAVSUP, CNET, and CINCLANTFLT. The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this study is posted for your review as a separate notice with this synopsis. After reviewing this synopsis and the accompanying PWS, sources interested in submitting a proposal for these services shall provide the contracting officer a statement of capabilities. This statement shall not exceed 5 pages in length and shall include the following: name and address of firm; size/ownership of business-large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), HubZone; number of years in business; two points of contact-name, title, phone fax, and e-mail; DUNS number (if available; affiliate information-parent corporation, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners, prime contractor (if potential sub) or subcontractors (if potential prime); indicate ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements as stated in the draft PWS. Responses to this notice and questions and or comments on the draft PWS shall be submitted to Mattie Washington, Code 204.MW, at 904-542-1082. All submissions should be emailed to Mattie_J_Washington@jax.fisc.navy.mil or faxed to 904-542-1095 to arrive no later than 19 May 2003. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-APR-2003).
