- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, New Jersey (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into negotiations on a non-competitive basis with Northrup Grumman, Bethpage, New York to design, develop, test, and produce and deliver a unique Technical Manual and Drawing Package for ARPS Power Supply Test Set, Part Number P/N 123SAV51680-101, for use by the E-2C Hawkeye Aircraft under Foreign Military Sales. This will be awarded as delivery order 0017, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N68335-00-G-0325. NAWCADLKE intends to procure under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Northrup Grumann Corporation, Bethpage, New York is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and is the only known firm possessing the knowledge, experience and technical expertise necessary to fulfill the Navy’s requirements in the required time period. The Government does not own the data rights. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See note 22.
