- This requirement has been cancelled. Thanks to each vendor which expressed an interest. **** Project and Contracting Office (PCO), Baghdad, Iraq has a requirement for an Iraqi media team. The team, comprised of nine Iraqis, will provide broadcast & print journalism, web communications, and photojournalism to the command. Their products will be used through the Arab press to provide Iraqis a better understanding of what their security forces are doing in the post-transition Iraq. The proposed solicitation number is W914NS-04-R-9033 and it is a FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION solicitation. The resulting contract will be a FIRM FIXED PRICE contract under FAR PART 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. It is preferred the contractor be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), www.ccr.gov. The NAICS code is 515120. The planned date for release of the solicitation is 4 Aug 2004.
