- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Metters, Inc. for the following items: Item 0001, MK 51 Mod 0 prototype, quantity 1 each; Item 0002, MK 52 Mod 0 prototype, quantity 1 each in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 22 applies except all responses to this sole source announcement must be received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this advertisement. The NAICS Code is 332439 and size standard is 500 employees.
