- The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire non-personal Senior Research Analyst services through a competitive, 100% small business set-aside for the Naval Medical Center, San Diego, California?s Ophthalmology Department Photorefractive Keratectomy (PRK) Program. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated with a base period of performance commencing 01 October 2004 through 30 September 2005, with four (4) option periods for a total of 60 months. The full solicitation and all amendments will only be available at http://www.neco.navy.mil. This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5.
