- "This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command." The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to make a sole source purchase for three different requirements utilizing Lockheed Martin Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N63273-02-G-0001. The terms and conditions of the BOA will apply. Requirement ONE: To conduct analysis and test support of the SYS-2 V-11 system integration effort with the FFG 7 L-7 program. Major effort will be directed toward the conduct of interface sampling, and subsequent data analysis verifying the feasibility of SYS-11 installation onboard FFG 7 L-7 ships. Requirement TWO: To develop a number Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and to generate the associated computer code to implement NOTACK Area Center and to accommodate changes introduced by AN/SYS-2(V). Requirement THREE: To purchase parts from Lockheed Martin - Attachment (1), PARTS LIST is located at NSWCDD Website at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/wwwDL/XD/SUPPLY. All items are to be priced FOB Destination. Deliveries will be to ! the FTSCLANT Staging Facility, Chesapeake, 3524 Business Center Drive, Chesapeake, VA 23323. The closing date is 17 August 2004, 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). The anticipated award date is 23 August 2004. DOD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database. Registration can be completed by accessing the CCR Web Site at http://www.ccr.gov. A paper registration form may be obtained from the DOD Electronic Commerce Information Center at (800) 334-3414. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division has implemented Electronic Commerce in the acquisition area; therefore, the synopsis with any applicable amendments will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/wwwDL/XD/SUPPLY. Vendors should regularly access the NSWCDD Web Site to ensure that they have downloaded all amendments.
