Description: From cells #2 and 3 at Katherine Landing sewage lagoons, remove and dispose of sludge per the requirements of the Arizona Dept. of Environmental Quality. Remove and replace the existing lagoon liners, and replace with new. Construct new piping, valves, appurtences, staff guages, splash pads etc. Provide new aerators and mooring, per plans and specifications.
