Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), California State Office, has a requirement for the construction of composite wood decks. The contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for two wood decks adjacent to concrete promenade walk. Period of performance for this project is 45 days from date of notice to proceed. Project location - Colusa County, one mile south of the intersection of State Routes 20 and 16 [on Route 16] The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns and will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis. The NAICS code for this project is 238990. The estimated cost of the proposed acquisition is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bonds will be require. This solicitation will be available on or about August 19, 2004. There will be a site visit on Tuesday, September 2, 2002 at 10:30 am. Location and directions to the tour site will be included in the solicitation. Quotes responses will be due on September 17, 2004.
