- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the intentions of Headquarters, US Army Intelligence and Security Command to purchase NetbackUP Cross Platform license and support. There is no solicitation number. For reference, PR Number W81GNX41351001 is provided for identification purposes only. Interested parties may identify their interest by submitting quotations.
