Description

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite-Delivery/ Indefinite-Quantity type contract for post-wide paving and construction. All contractors submitting proposals to the government must have a cage code and be actively registered i n the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. This requirement consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and supervision; and performing all work in connection with the repair of roads, parking areas, new pavement, replacement o f concrete curbs, gutters, driveway entrances, sidewalks, security barriers; and the surface preparation and marking of roads and parking lots, in strict compliance with the specifications and as called for in each delivery order. Site walk thru and pre-pl anning for each project/ delivery order is required. The place of performance for this procurement is Fort Monmouth, New Jersey and other Installations within a seventy-five (75) mile radius. The requirement is for a Base Year (a period of 12 months) and t hree (3) consecutive Option Years. This is an unrestricted procurement. Large Businesses are required to submit a subcontracting plan.
