PRON: AX4F0535AX, NOUN: DUCT ASSY, NSN: 1660-01-139-6297, PN:70500-02058-087, Quantity: 110 each applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 110 each 210 days after contract awar d (DACA). This item is restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORP., Cage Code 78286 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineer ing skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item describe d above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Req uest for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicit ation will not close prior to the date stated above.
