- U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division has a requirement to develop prioritized list of environmental aspects health safety risks for the installation. . The Government anticipates awarding one 1 Firm Fixed Price Purchase Or der to MACTEC Engineering and Consulting of Portland ME. This company has already done extensive work for the Soldier Systems Center and any other company would delay research due to duplication of effort. Delivery in the form of reports shall be F.O.B. Destination. The North American Industry Classification System for this procurement is 541710 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500.
