- Services and materials to perform calibrations, inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs (routine and emergency), monthly leak monitoring tests and annual leak tests, on underground storage tanks. The contractor shall furnish all plant, personne l, material, tools, test equipment and other related supplies and services. This solicitation is a firm fixed-price requirement with a Base Period and two option years. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set Aside. Point of contact for this action is Shirley A. Bidders are reminded that you must be registered and currently active with Central Contractor Registraton (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award. Solicitation will be available on or about 10 August 2004 at no cost for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry Website (http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi) and the Fort Benning website (http://benning.army.mil/doc). It is the offeror's responsibility to check the website daily for any and all amendments to this Solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by this agency.
