- FA8601-04-R-00071 Tektronix Logic Analyzer This is a Sole Source procurement; synopsis published for informational purposes only. THE ANNOUNCEMENT CLOSES ON 16 AUGUST 2004, 12:30PM (EST). Solicitation documents are not available. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). The solicitation number is FA8601-04-R-0071, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334515, Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 3825 (size standard 500 employees). The proposed source is Tektronix Inc., Beaverton OR. The items being procured are listed below. One (1) each Logic Analyzer, 136 Channels, 2GHZ deep timing with 125 PS Magnivu acquisition, 236 MHZ state, 512K Memory Depth, Certificate of traceable calibration standard, rul*2 P/N TLA5204 One (1) each Increased memory, increases memory to 8M Memory Depth @235 MHZ state P/N TLA52048S One (1) each Repair service 5 years (including warranty) P/N TLA5204R5 One (1) each Calibration service 5 years P/N TLA5204C5 Eight (8) each Std LA Probe, 17CH standard probe for TLA7LX/7MX with Accessories ? statement of compliance included with product Any responses shall be faxed to Ms Jacque Davis, 88 CONS/PKS, 937-257-3936, or e-mailed to Jacqueline.Davis@wpafb.af.mil no later than 16 AUGUST 2004, 12:30PM (EST). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received by 16 AUGUST 2004, 12:30pm (EST) will be considered by the Government. INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL BE CONSIDERED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER TO CONDUCT A COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Only proposals received by this date will be considered.
