Description
DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 17, 4500 South Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas, intend to award a Sole Source contract to Scott Care to provide the following: Windows XP Base Telemetry Monitoring, program management and outcomes modules. Digital transmitters in protected bandwidth offer pacer spike detection each workstation has a 16 channel capability. To include: Twelve (12) Patient Telemetry transmitter with Receivers (Digital, 608-614 MHz Frequency Range, Pacer Spike Detection) One (1) Windows XP Server Workstation, One (1) 18.1? LCD Flat Panel Touch screen Color Monitor with speakers. Scott Care Proprietary Advantage software, which includes monitoring, program management, and outcomes modules, strip chart recorder, Network card and cable. Modem with remote access service software. Table top antenna, printer, network laser, set-up and initial training ? two (2) days, Two (2) Operator and service manuals, twenty four (24) months warranty, parts and labor TeleRehab Outcomes. 21? Slave monitor with 50 ft. cable, additional advantage workstation, additional channels (13-16) (ea), HL7 hospital interface module, HL7 Software installation & integrations services, and Orion outcomes. Remote Wireless Devices: (1) One Handheld PDA, (1) Tablet PC Device, (1) Notebook computer, wireless monitoring station (notebook with stand). Tran telephonic Exercise Monitoring Options; TEM channels (with one patient transmitter) 1st channel, 2nd ?5th channels (ea), additional TEM Patient Kits. The Government believes that only on responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements and intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance FAR 6.302-1. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to response to this requirement by August 16, 2004. NAICS code 513390.
