- Description
- The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for maintenance of automatic doors at the Colmery O?Neil VA Medical Center, 2200 Gage Blvd., Topeka, KS 66622 and the Dwight D. Eisenhower Medical Center, 4101 South 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048. Contractor shall furnish all labor, travel, equipment and personnel to maintain the automatic doors and related parts. Contract term will be for a base period of one year effective October 1, 2004 with option to renew 4 additional one-year periods. This requirement has been set-aside for 100% Small Business Participation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Request for quotation will be available on or about August 5, 2004. Due date for receipt of offers is August 30, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is September 8, 2004.
