- TITLE: Elevator Maintenance/Repair for the NY Harbor Healthcare System, St. Albans, New York. SOL: RFP10N3-257-04 DUE: 8/16/04 NAICS: 238290 AGENCY: Attn: Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 130 W. Kingsbridge Rd., Bronx, NY 10468. POC: Contracting Officer _ Greg Vogt, Contract Specialist, (718-) 741-4321 DESCRIPTION: This procurement is unrestricted. The NY Harbor VA Medical Center, located at 179th St. & Linden Blvd., St. Albans, NY 11425 has a requirement for elevator maintenance and repairs. The vendor shall provide all labor, material, parts, supplies and travel. Only offers from those firms who have working knowledge and experience with hospital elevators will be considered. Period of performance from will be from the date of award through September 30, 2004 with provisions for four (4) one year options to extend. This is a Firm-Fixed price contract. NAICS code 238290 applies. The solicitation can be obtained electronically FREE at <http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov> or <http://www.fedbizopps.gov>. No fax or telephone requests will be accepted. Electronic bids will not be accepted. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
