- Establish QVL for Electrical Contractors The Federal Aviation Administration is interested in developing a Qualified Vendors List of Electrical Contractors located within a 100- mile radius of Washington, D.C. Contractors must currently be cleared with a SECRET CLEARANCE through the Department of Defense for work in secured facilities. Contractors must have a minimum of five years work experience. Qualified contractors must submit a Company Prospectus, in duplicate, including projects worked on, with references, along with a copy of the Department of Defense Clearance form to: Federal Aviation Administration ATTN: Ginger Morganti, AEA-55 1 Aviation Plaza Jamaica, New York 11434 The Prospectus must be received no later than August 16, 2004.
