Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution located at Pekin, Illinois is issuing a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with any additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is for the award of a Firm-Fixed Price, Commercial Items, Single Award Contract. The information in this notice will serve as the solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ 41103-015-4 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. The North American Industrial Classification System Code for this solicitation is 423720. The small business size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. All responsible small business entities are encouraged to submit offers. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. General Requirements: The Federal Correctional Institution located at 2600 South 2nd Street, Pekin, Illinois, 61554 is requesting quotes for the following items. Items listed are manufactured by PVI Industries. All items quoted must be brand name or equal. Contractor will be required to deliver the products to the Federal Correctional institution warehouse dock. Schedule of Items: 1. PVI # 75751- Energy Kit for PVI Model 375N300ATP Hot Water Heater. Quantity - 3 Each 2. PVI # 75760 - Energy Kit for PVI Model 625N500ATP Hot Water Heater. Quantity - 4 Each 3. PVI # 75775 - Energy Kit for PVI Model 1000NHE75ATP Hot Water Heater. Quantity - 1 Each. All Kits Include: Combustion Chamber, Insulation Insert, Flue Collector, Flue Collector Fastener Kit, Chamber Fastener Kit and Burner Gasket. All quotes and pricing to include delivery costs.
