- Arapaho/Roosevelt National Forest. Sulphur Ranger District. Grand County, Colorado. Kauffman Creek Kiosk & Fraser Experimental Forest Kiosk. This work includes the construction of a two panel kiosk and a three panel kiosk. Government estimate is >$25K and <$100K. The solicitation for this project will be posted on this website on approximately August 19th. A pre-quote conference will be held at 1:00 P.M. on August 31, 2004 if there is sufficient interest in such a meeting.
