Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Legislative and Public Affairs (LPA), Riverdale, MD, intends to issue a sole source purchase order with The University of Vermont, 661 Speer Street, Burlington, VT for public awareness bookmarkers for the Asian Longhorned Beetle Program, The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase order with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Numbered Note 22 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR Part 12.
